At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhu Sheng, General Manager of Liancheng Group Shenzhen Branch, led the technical team in expressing sincere appreciation for the warm reception. During the core technical presentation session, Ms. Tian Huiru, Technical Manager of Liancheng Group Shenzhen Branch, delivered a comprehensive and in-depth report. Centered on the key equipment requirements of high-end buildings, the presentation focused on five major systems:

1.  General and Specialized Building Pump Units
A detailed introduction was provided on high-efficiency centrifugal pumps and pipeline pumps, including optimized selection strategies for HVAC and water supply/drainage systems, advanced hydraulic models, and vibration/noise reduction technologies.
2.  Central Air Conditioning Circulating Pump Systems
The discussion highlighted variable flow systems with frequency conversion energy-saving control solutions, coordinated operation strategies between pumps and chillers, and hydraulic balance optimization for large-scale projects.
3.  Domestic Water Supply Systems
A full-chain solution was presented, covering booster equipment, water quality assurance, full variable-frequency constant pressure water supply, and intelligent water tank management, emphasizing hygiene safety and energy efficiency.
4.  Fire Protection IoT Systems
The presentation elaborated on intelligent fire pump systems based on IoT platforms, featuring real-time monitoring, fault warning, automatic inspection, data analysis, and emergency linkage functions—significantly enhancing system management efficiency and reliability.
5.  Sewage and Wastewater Lifting Systems
Key technologies were introduced for sealed sewage lifting devices and large submersible sewage pumps used in basements and equipment floors, including wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant design, automatic cleaning functions, and intelligent control units.

Throughout the presentation, the team not only analyzed technical parameters and performance boundaries but also demonstrated, through real-world case studies such as large commercial complexes, high-end office buildings, and precision laboratories, how Liancheng’s integrated solutions deliver system stability, energy savings, and intelligent operation and maintenance in practical applications.

The subsequent interactive discussion session was highly engaging. Designers and project leaders from multiple disciplines—including architecture, structural engineering, plumbing, and HVAC—raised a series of in-depth and professional questions based on their experience in aerospace facilities, high-tech factories, and R&D centers. Topics included material selection standards under special media conditions, redundancy and backup design for uninterrupted operation, adaptability and data security of smart pump rooms in extreme environments, standardized interface protocols between IoT platforms and building management systems, and refined lifecycle cost considerations.
