Through on-site field investigation by the technical team, data monitoring and feasibility comparison, our company's integrated prefabricated pumping station program is quite suitable for the reconstruction of this project. General Manager Lin Haiou, the head of environmental equipment of the group company, attaches great importance to the project, and set up a corresponding project working group, adjusted the design plan several times according to the customer's requirements, and repeatedly communicated with the local Blu-ray group, the municipal drainage department and the garden bureau after confirmation , Finally passed the department review and completed the construction of the integrated prefabricated pumping station.

The construction of this project will start in July 2021 and will be completed in late August. From design to implementation, our company takes the lead. The pumping station adopts an integrated prefabricated pumping station with a diameter of 7.5 meters. The water catchment area of ​​the pumping station is about 2.2 square kilometers and the hourly displacement is 20,000 square meters. The water pump uses 3 high-efficiency axial flow pumps 700QZ-70C (+0°), and the control cabinet adopts one-to-one soft-start control. Supported to form a new generation of smart cloud monitoring, it can realize the functions of real-time monitoring of equipment, remote operation and maintenance, industrial big data analysis and intelligent decision-making. The inlet of the pumping station has a diameter of 2.2 meters. The wellbore and the base are separated for construction and secondary connection design. The wellbore and the base are made of on-site winding reinforced glass fiber, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder made by computer winding technology is uniform in thickness. The base is a mixed structure of concrete and FRP. Compared with the previous integrated design, the construction process is more complicated, the structure is stronger, and the seismic and waterproof effect is better.
