The 2026 Annual Contract Operations Conference of Liancheng Group was grandly held at Liancheng Building. The meeting featured a compact one-and-a-half-day agenda. Operations managers from 28 branch companies across the country, members of the Group’s Contract Operations Department, and leaders from related collaborative departments gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions on key topics, including strengthening contract risk management awareness, enhancing operational management, improving inventory control and payment collection, and increasing product delivery efficiency. The meeting aimed to build consensus and promote coordinated development.

During the conference, Mr. Zhang Ximiao, President of the Group, fully affirmed the overall achievements of the Group’s contract operations in the past year. At the same time, based on industry development trends and the Group’s strategic planning, he clearly put forward the work requirements and development goals for the new year, providing clear direction for future operational efforts.

Mr. Zhuge Tengda, Director of the Procurement Center, comprehensively introduced the current overall status of the Group’s procurement work, conducted an in-depth analysis of existing challenges, and detailed the innovation plans for procurement in the coming year to help improve operational efficiency.

Mr. Qian from the Finance Center focused on the company’s data unification initiative, emphasizing the new statistical standards and implementation requirements, and providing clear guidance for the standardization and accuracy of operational data.
