As the technical conditions mature, in strict accordance with the technical conditions of GB/T 28575-2020 YE3 series (IP55) three-phase asynchronous motors, the full series of low-voltage motors of YE3-80-355 are successively produced, and the maximum power of the series is YE3-355-4, 315KW-4P The standard motor and extended shaft motor are produced and delivered, and the efficiency value fully meets the energy efficiency requirements of GB18613-2020 new high-efficiency motor, and the efficiency value is as high as 96.0%. It not only reduces the manufacturing cost of Liancheng Motor, but also enhances the market competitiveness of Liancheng Motor.
Technology research and development in 2022:
Development and trial production of series submersible high-voltage motors YQ740-10KV, YQ850-10KV, YQ990-10KV, YQ1080-10KV, from YQ740-250-8P-10KV to YQ1080-710-16P-10KV, with a maximum power of 800KW.
YQ-850-355-12P-10KV and other series motors were produced and delivered, and YVP series variable frequency motors and YE4 series high-efficiency motors were successively trial-produced.
