Compound air cooler uses water as circulating coolant, and centrifugal pump is the only power device of coolant. A device that absorbs heat from a system and discharges it into the atmosphere to reduce the water temperature.

Its cooling is an evaporative heat dissipation device that uses the principles of evaporation heat dissipation, convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer to dissipate the residual heat generated in industry or refrigeration and air conditioning to reduce the water temperature by using the steam generated by cold and heat exchange after water flows into contact with air. Compound air cooler is a kind of deformation and development of traditional cooling tower. In fact, it is a combination of evaporative cooling tower, cooler and wet cooling tower. It is a horizontal evaporative cooling tower. The process fluid flows in the pipe and the air flows out of the pipe, and they are not in contact with each other. After the water in the reservoir at the bottom of the tower is pumped by the cooling tower pump, it is sent to the outside of the pipe and sprayed evenly. It does not contact with process fluid hot water or refrigerant and air outside the pipe, and becomes a closed cooling tower, which enhances the effect of heat and mass transfer by spraying water. It is used in various cooling systems with high requirements for circulating water quality, and has application prospects in electric power, chemical industry, steel, food and many industrial sectors. On the other hand, compared with the air-cooled heat exchanger, the compound air cooler makes use of the latent heat of evaporation of water at the lower side of the tube to significantly enhance the heat and mass transfer on the air side, and also has obvious advantages.

It is mainly used for cooling water circulation of compound air coolers, closed cooling towers and condensers, and can also be used for general water supply. The products are produced in strict accordance with the relevant requirements, with stable quality and reliable performance, and are used for conveying clean water or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water and without solid particles.

Architectural feature

The pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, and the installation form is vertical.

It can be installed in many ways according to the field use conditions. According to the requirements of flow and pressure, the required flow and pressure are increased in parallel and series.

Both sides of the bottom of the pump body are equipped with an Rp3/8 sewage outlet, and the upper part of the pump cover is equipped with an Rp1/4 exhaust outlet (copper needle-type air release valve), and the pump inlet and outlet flanges are equipped with an Rp3/8 pressure tap, all of which are plugged with copper plugs. The nameplate of the pump is made of Δ = 1mm 304 stainless steel, and the position of the nameplate can be adjusted symmetrically to ensure that the motor connection port is on the same side as the motor nameplate and the water pump nameplate.

The shaft seal of the pump is hard-to-hard mechanical seal, which solves the problem of large leakage of the conventional pump filled with sealing material, prolongs the service life and ensures that the operation site is clean and tidy.

The motor bearing adopts SKF/FAG low-noise sealed bearing, which has been injected with grease before leaving the factory, which can ensure continuous operation for more than 2 years. And the pump unit has high concentricity, the impeller has excellent dynamic balance, the running vibration is small, and the use environment is improved.
