The three baffle, improve the function of oil-water separation，diversion separation principle and variable laminar turbulent dialectical relationship between the application and the wastewater flows through the oily water separator，the process, reduce the f10w rate and by increased over water section so as to reduce the flow rate (less than or equal to 0.005m/s，increase waste water hydraulic retention time, and make the whole cross section to uniform flow. Make water area also fully consider the flow uniformity and deodorization and anti siphon measures. Practice has proved that the product can grain diameter 60um above can remove more than 90% of the oil slick, the wastewater discharged from the dynamic content of vegetable oil is lower than that of the third class standard of “integrated wastewater discharge standard” (GB8978-1996) (100mg/L).
